I hope this message finds you well. I recently received a notification stating that my storage space has been increased. However, I have not noticed the increase in my Plesk panel yet.

Could you please assist me in ensuring that the upgrade has been applied correctly? I would greatly appreciate your help in resolving this issue.

It looks like you have 2 accounts.

The first account is emmanuelfosso205 which was created on Johnny on 2024-09-29, and on 2025-06-06 you paid $5 to move the account to Morty.

The second account is emmanuelfosso206 which was created on Johnny on 2025-05-21, and on 2025-06-06 you paid $1 to move the account to Tommy.

Each person is only allowed to have 1 account on Johnny or Tommy, so from 2025-05-21 until 2025-06-06 you were actually violating our terms of service by having 2 Johnny accounts, but since 1 of the accounts is on Morty now you're fine. I don't see any storage space upgrades though. What is the transaction ID of the storage space upgrade?
