[Solved] My domain doesn't work

I recently made a new domain www.civicquizapp.helioho.st. But when I try to see it on the web it show me the your domain should soon start working. I made it yesterday so I don't understand why it still hasn't started working

I cannot get this domain to load any files other than the old plesk index.html. https://civicquizapp.helioho.st/info.php should be a phpinfo() but gives me a 404 error...

Is it something on my end or Plesk's end that is causing the issue

it's nothing on your end. i removed and readded the domain to your account about 30 minutes ago. you can check again in about an hour and a half to see if it is working.

It turns out that your account is corrupted and needs a reset. i made a backup of your account which you can download at https://heliohost.org/backup

Let us know when you are ready for the reset.

i went ahead and readded the domains on your account before the reset. they should start working in about 89 minutes.
