Hi, my Tommy account was suspended. I accidentally surpased the 1000 MB Disk space limit (1041.7 MB).

I tried to connect using FTP to free up space but it isn't working neither.

Could you please help me to recover access to my account.

What do you want deleted to free up the space? It looks like there's 600+MB used by what appears to be headless chrome installed in the .cache folder. Do you want me to remove that?

Yes please, remove that and I will review what generated it to prevent it from happening again.

The contents of .cache have been discarded and your account has been unsuspended. The disk space may take a little while to update to reflect the deleted files.
