My account is being renewed for several hours

I have some trouble renewing my account.

Usually, it takes several (let's say from 2 to 10) minutes to renew my account, but today I can't do this in several hours already.

This is occuring due to the active maintenance on johnny. You can read the news post below to learn more.

As above, this is due to the maintenance on Johnny. The background service needed to renew an account is not running at this time because of the maintenance.

Your account is in the queue to be renewed though, and will finish renewing automatically when the service is eventually restarted. I don’t have an estimate as to when that will occur.
