lilychan Posted 4 hours ago Posted 4 hours ago My website was working a few hours ago, but now it's suddenly showingΒ white page with the text: "Not Found The requested URL was not found on this server." And it's been like that for around an hour. It's worrying me a little that it claims the URL isn't even FOUND on the server...is something wrong? Is there something I can do? My site is hosted on Tommy, I believe! Quote
KazVee Posted 3 hours ago Posted 3 hours ago Your site is indeed on Tommy. This announcement was posted in the Discord news channel like 3 minutes after you created this post and I think it relates to the issue you're seeing: Quote It looks like our efforts to fix the 503 errors, and the changes that were made to the plans have removed IPv6 from some of the Tommy accounts. This can result in seeing the queued page that says your site will start working in x number of minutes when viewed over IPv6, but the site will work just fine when viewed over IPv4. We're going through and adding IPv6 back to the accounts who lost it now, so everything should be back to normal shortly. When I check your main site, I see the "Your domain should start working in..." message (which is the IPv6 issue) so I think the fact that you can't view the page atΒ WAA.php is related to this.Β Tommy accounts are still being repairedΒ currently, but if you check your site (and theΒ WAA.php page specifically) in a little while, it should load as normal for you. lilychan Posted 3 hours ago Author Posted 3 hours ago Okay, that's good to know!! I didn't even think to check there! And I saw mention of some 503 error stuff going on in a news thread, but it was last posted in several days ago, when my account was working just hours ago, so I didn't think it would be connected, so didn't check there. Thanks for the info!! Quote
