Hello, I didn't see any posts with a similar issue, but my mail server has been inaccessible for at least a couple of days. Whenever i try to open webmail.javalan.helioho.st I get a message saying the account should be open in 2 hours, although i have no issues with my account. But no way to see my mail. Has anything changed in how to access mail? I've cleared my browser cache and am in incognito almost all the time. Thanks for looking into this.

Webmail was disabled by default on Tommy due to the 503 errors. you can enable it again by going in Plesk > Dropdown under your domain > Mail > Mail settings. it will be under Webmail.

If you turn this back on, note that it takes two hours to take effect. You might also need to re-issue your SSL certificate to cover the webmail domain.

Webmail was removed from all existing accounts to resolve the 503 errors as described above, and new accounts no longer include webmail by default. You have to turn it on if you want to use it. This change also improved performance and the speed of Apache restart on Tommy.
