Is it possible that someone who shares your home computer or home internet connection also created an account? Have you ever logged into your HelioHost account from your work or school, where there may be other account holders on our platform that you might not even know about? Usually we just unsuspend the account the user confirms they want to keep, and leave the other account suspended. Then if the other account holder contacts us we'll investigate further.ย I've unsuspended theย bintrestreeterm account now, please give it a few moments to get back up and running again. Quote
