ujcis Posted March 21 Posted March 21 I think I have an app running on one of my domains, but I get the error (see title of this post). I'm not sure what's causing this. The image attached is my current configuration. I have my app.js in the document root, and 2 folders (routes and middlewares). I also have my package.json in this folder. I turned on dev mode thinking I'll get more details, but same. I'll appreciate any help, thank you! Quote
KazVee Posted March 21 Posted March 21 Node.js app environment changes and deployment can take up to 2 hours to go into effect as they require an Apache restart. We have a guide here in our Wiki that explains how to structure a Node app that you might find helpful: https://wiki.helionet.org/Node.js Following the tutorial above will ensure that your Node app runs on Passenger, which will help try to keep the load caused by your account low. This is important since excess account load caused by Node is probably one of the top three reasons users get their accounts suspended. Quote
