I hope you're doing well. I have noticed that I can no longer access any of my services, including the website login. I suspect that my account or IP has been blocked.

Recently, I was performing phone number verification on a database hosted on HelioHost. To do this, I used a PHP script that queried an external API and recorded the results in the database. I configured the script to perform verifications approximately every 30 to 40 seconds, trying to comply with the API's rate limits and minimize server load.

I had no intention of violating any usage policies, and I sincerely apologize if my activity caused any issues. This was not an uncontrolled bot or malicious softwareβ€”I was personally monitoring the process. If this caused any inconvenience, I truly regret it and will make sure not to run such processes on the server in the future.

Instead, I will process the data locally and only upload the final results to HelioHost. Since I also have other important projects hosted on my account, I would greatly appreciate it if you could consider reactivating it.

Thank you for your time and attention. I look forward to your response.

Best regards,

Neither your account or IP that you made this post with is blocked. Johnny had an issue with the main database a few minutes ago, but it is now fixed. let us know if you are still having the same issue.

Thank you very much for your response! I'm glad I didn't cause any problems. The database is working again. However, for some reason, I wasn't able to log in to heliohost.org using the same password I always used (I'm sure I typed it correctly and hadn't changed it recently).

What I did was reset the password and set it up again, and then I was able to log in without any issues.

Best regards!

While the issue was happening, I got that same 'wrong password' error, and then when the issue was resolved it worked again for me with the same password it always has. I think the timing was just coincidental that the system starting behaving by the time you'd created a new password to try, but it's always a good idea to regularly change passwords anyway! πŸ™‚
