Hi, first off, what do you mean by "all of the WordPress sites crashed"? WordPress is notorious for causing fresh sites to get suspended, as explained in this wiki article. If you are hosting multiple WordPress installations on a single account, then that is most likely what happened.Could you please give your account username, server, and main domain so someone can look into this? MoneyBroz Posted March 18 Posted March 18 Some of these wordpress installations appear to be corrupted. two sites appear to be using an unsupported PHP version for the software you are running, which can be easily fixed by changing the php version in the domain settings in plesk. Quote
wolstech Posted March 18 Posted March 18 Your WP installs are hacked...which is pretty typical for WP (it's laughably insecure software, especially with extensions installed...many "free" extensions and themes are disguised backdoors). A file with the below header is present in a random named folder on the conarim.com and dhamira.co.ke domains. In addition, the index.php file has been tampered with all domains containing a WP installation, including on the waa.co.ke install where the above file isn't present. Please delete all of your WP installs in their entirety immediately and start over. There's nothing obviously illegal (yet), but if you don't fix it, it'll probably turn into phishing or spam and get you banned for abuse. I've blocked your hacked WP installs in .htaccess in the meantime. The best way to secure WordPress...is to not use WordPress. <?php /**================================================================================================ ___ ___ | \/ | Copyright (C) 2017-2023, Monarx, Inc. | . . | ___ _ __ __ _ _ __ __ __ | |\/| | / _ \ | '_ \ / _` || '__|\ \/ / | | | || (_) || | | || (_| || | > < \_| |_/ \___/ |_| |_| \__,_||_| /_/\_\ =================================================================================================== @package Monarx Security Site Analyzer @file monarx-analyzer.php @copyright Monarx, Inc. Not for external use, redistribution, or sale. @site https://www.monarx.com ===================================================================================================**/ v Quote

I recommend you change the PHP version to at least 8.2 for security reasons. Have you considered using a static site generator from the link I provided? They are less likely to get hacked. Ookma-Kyi Posted March 18 Posted March 18 Yeah, sorry about that. I am trying to learn how to be better at answering questions and at quoting for reference. 1 Quote
