question about account deletion page

I have a question about the account deletion page. My sister is planning on doing an article on her blog about helio host, and I was going to help her with it going over the history of helio host and it's features over the years as I've used the service before, and she hasn't, and the one feature I pointed out to her for the article was the ability to delete your own account yourself, but I wanted to have her add that when you use that, and you want to come back later, you can simply use the login page and you can recreate your account. I was wondering if someone could tell me if that is correct information, if they use the button to recreate there account will it use the same info and server they were on orriginally, and, if there is a way yet for them to have there info completely deleted if they know they don't want the ability to recreate there account again, meaning they will have to go through the sign up process again. Hope you can help me with this, and, as soon as my sister writes the article on her blog, I'm not sure when that will be yet as she is going to be having a baby soon, but when she does, I'll send the link if you'd like.

Yes. If you delete your own account, you can recreate it yourself by signing into it and entering your email when prompted. You'll see a screen like the attached picture when you sign into a deleted account.

A user can contact support if they would like the record fully deleted so the account cannot be recreated.

Note that even if you contact support to delete an account completely, our system retains logs that include the account information and the history of the account such as payments/donations made against the associated email address, suspension history, and domain changes. Such data is retained for compliance and abuse prevention reasons and cannot be removed.
