You're suspended for having more than one account. Users are only allowed to have one account (except on Morty).

Please see this topic where the other account in the pair also requested unsuspension.

The itrk account is for our office website team.
We understand that it looks like one person having 2 accounts and have decided that the itrk account be closed and the ebsug remain.
We however request for the account to be temporally unsuspened so that we can get a backup of the website after which the itrk account can be closed.
We hope that this is possible.

Do you want me to just merge the two accounts? That way you can keep using both websites and all of your data, you'll be able to login to ebsug and see all of it together.

Also, we don't have a problem with people having a personal and a business account, you just have to ask us first. We can unsuspend both accounts if that's the case.
