The host package does not support my needs, i need ubuntu 18.04 or 20.04, 22.04 if possible debian 10 or 11. or else i will have to cancel this package and get a refund.

I'll escalate your thread so an administrator can address your concerns. We can certainly install another version of Ubuntu or Debian for you, however please refrain from creating multiple threads for similar issues, as it becomes more confusing for everyone involved. HelioHost is run by volunteers, so we can't answer your queries immediately.

Sorry about the many threads. I will keep it simple. Please do install ubuntu  20.04 or 22.04. I also sent a thread for the dns setup with the domain the IP should be pointed to, here is the domain once again: lushtrust.co.in, thanks for the support guys.
