Upgrade Questions

Hello,

I have 2 questions:

 

The first:

I can`t upgrade to Tommy 6GB plan unless I`m signed off.

If I upgrade from my account there`s only one choice, a 1USD upgrade.
Kindly guide me to the correct upgrade method. I`ll pay using a credit card.

 

The second:

If I understand correctly, I`ll start with Tommy for the space, then shall move later to Moty for the additional resources (when needed).. as Morty plans have no details concerning web space amount.. Please confirm or correct me.

Space upgrades are not automatic. For that, you can just donate whatever amount of money is appropriate for the amount of space you want ($5/1000MB, max of 6000MB per person, or $25), and then give us the transaction number and we'll add the space. You can send the money through any of our methods: https://heliohost.org/donate/ Space upgrades are a one time payment.

For Morty, the space upgrades work the same way. If you already have a space upgrade from Tommy, it will carry over when you move there.

If you need more than 6000MB, you must switch to a VPS instead.
