However, when attempting to log in to complete this process, I discovered that my account has been suspended. I understand there may have been a previous request to unsuspend my account through my university professor. Unfortunately, my email address was not included in that request since I opted to use a personal email instead of my temporary university email address. I made this choice to maintain access to the account beyond my academic term. Would it be possible to unsuspend my account so I can proceed with the SSL certificate renewal? If not, what would you suggest as the best course of action regarding this matter? Thank you for your assistance!
wolstech Posted Tuesday at 11:40 PM Posted Tuesday at 11:40 PM Unsuspended. Your account was suspended for multiple accounts because the system saw all the students in your program as one person. Can you please provide the university email? We can add it as a secondary email so we know it’s a student account and leave your personal email on the account.
