Krydos can do this for you

It's actually called python-telegram-bot when you install it, and then telegram.ext when you import it. I figured out what you meant though.

The module python-telegram-bot has been installed on Tommy's Python 3.12. You can see the current list of installed modules and their versions at https://krydos1.heliohost.org/pyinfo/info3.12.py
