ronvdc Posted November 22 Posted November 22 (edited) When I try to go to any of my sites on HelioHost, none of them load and I get "We’re having trouble finding that site" (Firefox) and "Safari Can't Find the Server" (Safari) errors. All these sites used to work fine before. Their DNS records are set correctly, and the MX records point to the IP addresses of the website (verified). Nothing has changed at my end between when they worked on now. Any idea why none of my sites are no longer accessible? My account name is ronvdc. Here are some of the sites that no longer load: ronvdc.com tiffanybiljumtherapy.com rvdc.net I also checked on my phone and I can't access the sites there either, so it doesn't appear an issue on my local computer. Thanks! --Ron Edited November 22 by ronvdc Added info
wolstech Posted November 22 Posted November 22 (edited) Your third party DNS provider's servers are broken and aren't propagating records. Since you aren't using our DNS, you'll need to contact your DNS provider (looks to be a service called mydomain.com) for assistance. https://www.whatsmydns.net/#NS/ronvdc.com If you would like to use our DNS instead, please update the NS records for your domains at your registrar to point to ns1.heliohost.org and ns2.heliohost.org and wait 24 hours. EDIT: looks like this may have resolved while I was writing this post. It's showing correctly now. Some of your domains are now resolving on our side again (dutchoutpost for example). Guessing mydomain.com just had an outage or something... Edited November 22 by wolstech Might have resolved itself?
