[Solved] I cannot login to my account

I cannot access to my account, When I try to log in 

https://heliohost.org/login/

I get an error:

Unable to login with that username and password.

I am sure my login information is correct,
I also tried to reset password several times and it did not work

I don't see anything in the logs showing that you ever successfully reset the password...I'm guessing the emails ended up in the spam folder or promotions tab.

I've manually sent you a link to change the password. Please try changing it that way and let me know if it still doesn't work after that.

Please keep in mind also that passwords cannot contain accented characters, non-English characters, spaces, or similar.

I had previously received the reset password email successfully and clicked on the reset link in the email, but after I typed the new passwords, it redirected me again to the page to enter the email to reset the password:
https://heliohost.org/reset/

I tried it 4 times today. Maybe there's something wrong with the password reset process.

Now I used the manual password reset link and it works. I can now successfully log in.
