KazVee Posted September 25 Posted September 25 Glad it's working for you now! 🙂 Please be aware that WordPress is very demanding on the shared hosting resources, and is a common reason for people getting their accounts suspended. We've created a WordPress guidance page here which recommends ways to reduce the load caused by WordPress (but a better idea would really be to use a different software package in the first place): https://wiki.helionet.org/misc/wordpress We strongly recommend that you keep a close watch on the load being caused by your account here: https://heliohost.org/dashboard/load/ If you notice your account load is climbing and become concerned about your account server usage load getting you suspended, you can add "deny from all" to the bottom of your .htaccess file to take the site offline. Once that's been done, the site should stop generating load practically instantly. I'll close this thread as [Solved] since the initial 404 problem seems fixed, but please let us know if you have trouble with anything else.
