There's no HelioHost account associated to the same email address attached to your forum account. When I check your post history to check your HelioHost account name, I notice that the only email address associated with the account is an email attached to the HelioHost account itself. This means that if I reset the account now, the email invite to recreate your account will be sent to the newly reset account, which you won't have email set up on. So you'll never receive the invite email to recreate your account. 

Please update your HelioHost account so there's an external (gmail, hotmail, etc.) email address on there, and let us know when that's been done. Then, we can do the reset on your account and you'll actually be able to receive the email invite to recreate your account. Thanks!
