I need to change the php_value max_input_vars

The configuration that I need is the following:

php_value max_input_vars 5000

I can't find the PHP editor for change it.

Max_input_vars has been increased. It can take up to 2 hours to go into effect.

This has been changed again, and should take effect in the next two hours. Please note that if you change your PHP version the setting might get removed.
