I am doing nothing wrong or inappropriate with my account. All it is is a backup server for my chat website and does not collect or use any of the members personal data. Thank you.

If you're not sure why your account load got so high, let us know what software you're running and we can try to suggest ways to reduce the load your account is causing. (WordPress and Node apps are common reasons for suspensions due to high load, for example).
