I would like to move sites to vps, that, I tried to login to Tommy filemanager but it refused, seems I can't login when suspended.

You asked this on discord already. Your data is available from https://heliohost.org/backup/ . Instructions for opening the backup can be found here: https://wiki.helionet.org/tutorials/plesk/account-backups . You will need to extract the data from the backup and use it to set up the VPS.

Your account cannot be unsuspended in its current form due to repeated resource overuse and failure to remove Wordpress when directed. If you would like to be unsuspended, it will come with the condition that all Wordpress installations be deleted by an admin prior to unsuspension (or we can fully reset the account instead if you prefer).

Since you have given backup url in email, you can proceed to delete WordPress-x and unsuspend the account

WordPress has been removed your account, however the email isn’t working and the account has other things wrong with it too. It will need to be reset entirely to fix the mess.

You can use the account as is, however, email will not work.

Do not reinstall WordPress on your account. Please use your VPS to host all instances of WordPress. Suspension for WordPress related load will be permanent.
