[Solved] I just got "Your account has been archived due to inactivity" on Johnny, despite being logged on in the last week or two.

I've logged in several times since service was restored.

Might be worth seeing what's going on. had to "renew" just now, and the last time, this took recreating subdomains manually.

All accounts on Johnny that had a backup available after that recent disk failure were forcibly archived on August 9 so the server could be rebuilt. The archive event was intentional and by design.

The inactivity message is simply because we didn't change it. The system cannot tell a rebuild archive apart from an inactivity archive.
