jchang Posted August 25 Author Posted August 25 I'm using thunderbird with the following settings: SMTP Server Server Name: jchang.heliohost.org Port 465 SSL/TLS Normal Password User Name: bsf@jchang.heliohost.org Identity: email address: bsf@jchang.heliohost.org Reply-to address: bsf@jchang.heliohost.org
Krydos Posted August 25 Posted August 25 The daily limit of 250 was not reached, but the default 10 emails per hour limit was exceeded. I have changed the limit for bsf@jchang.heliohost.org to 250 per hour, but keep in mind if you create any new email addresses they will have the default 10 per hour limit unless you request us to change them as well.
jchang Posted August 29 Author Posted August 29 Sorry to bother you again. Thanks for getting the e-mail setup. I'm having problem with some people finding my e-mail going to their spam folder. I'm trying out a service https://resend.com and it's trying to authenticate the DKIM and SPF. I saw another request in this forum that is asking for those services to be activated: I'm not using a special domain, just the default bsf@jchang.heliohost.org Do I need SPF/DKIM to be setup? Please excuse my ignorance, I'm trying to learn this as I go The mailtester website flagged the following items: -0.1 DKIM_INVALID DKIM or DK signature exists, but is not valid -0.1 DKIM_SIGNED Message has a DKIM or DK signature, not necessarily validThis rule is automatically applied if your email contains a DKIM signature but other positive rules will also be added if your DKIM signature is valid.
