Please could you create a new forum thread using the same forum account associated with the reinzemf account or send an email to support@heliohost.org from the same email address that is associated with the account you want to reset. If you're not sure what email address you have listed on the account, you can login to Plesk and check your profile details. Once we confirm your identity we can proceed with the reset. Thanks!
