add sub domain in my account

how to add sub domain? I searched the internet, how to add a sub domain to plesk. but on my hosting account there is no menu button sub domain. please help

Domains can only be added by an admin at this time. What domain do you want added?

It’s not closed. Requests that go to krydos can take several days to receive a response. He’s a volunteer like the rest of us, and we all have real lives that come first, so these things can take time.
