[Solved] Enable Postgres database external access

Howdy!
I recently created an account on Tommy2 and a postgres database, but when trying to access from pgadmin 4, I got an error complaining about "no pg_hba.conf entry", Would you please be so kind to allow connections from all hosts to my acct's pg db?
Do you need any additional info?

Database name and database username.
