givewayforu
Hi, My username is givewayforu. I am unable to add lets encrypt ssl certificate to secure my subdomain. Only main domain is getting secured. I cannot checked the "wildcard domain" option in lets encrypt installation window, its showing the following message "Issue of wildcard certificates is not available because no nameservers are specified. To fix the issue, contact your hosting provider". Tried to check the "secure webmail on this domain" option but it failed as well. Currently I don't have any subdomain except the default "webmail.domain_name.heliohost.us" which I want to secure as well. Thank you! MoneyBroz
The wildcard option isn't supported yet.
MoneyBroz
You can still issue a certificate without it
wolstech
As above, wildcard certs are not supported. Uncheck that option and try again.
givewayforu
Thank you very much. Aside from webmail, SSL is now working for my domain. Hopefully the wildcard option will be available soon.
