Howdy,

I just started using HelioHost and I'm just wondering where is the public_html folder? When I head over to files, there is only a .composer, httpdocs, logs, and private folder but no public_html folder.

It's labeled as httpdocs in plesk. public_html is what it is labeled as in cPanel which we don't use anymore.

httpdocs is the equivalent of public_html. You can drop your website files in that folder.

I put a index.htrml with hello world in the httpdocs but it just gave me a "Web Server's Default Page".

I also created a HelloWorld folder as well to see if it works since maybe I needed a folder but that just game me "The requested URL /HelloWorld/index.html was not found on this server.".

Does index.html not work with httpdocs?

It looks more like your domain didn't set up correctly because of the domain you picked. Do you mind if I change the domain to just mingrkli.helioho.st instead?

I'm hoping that will fix it, and if not we can just reset the account for you and let you sign up again.

Changed. Give it 2 hours to take effect then try again.

@mingrkliYour new domain seems to be working as well as the /Hello world folder. Do you have any other questions or can we mark this as solved?

It works thanks!

I do have one more questions, is it normal to have this security warning? Is there a way to remove this cause it doesn't seem good XD

That's normal if you haven't installed an ssl certificate. You can fix it by telling plesk to get you a free certificate from let's encrypt, and then waiting two hours for it to take effect.

Here is the direct links to do that:

Tommy: https://tommy2.heliohost.org:8443/modules/sslit/index.php/index/proxy

Johnny: https://johnny.heliohost.org:8443/modules/sslit/index.php/index/proxy

Make sure to keep the "wildcard subdomains" option unticked or it will not work.
