MoneyBroz Posted May 3 Share Posted May 3 This is due to the ip address of those users continuously changing in a short time period. Either use a VPN or tell them to contact their ISP and ask if they wouldn't change their ip address multiple times in a short time period. wolstech Posted May 3 Share Posted May 3 This issue was on our end (the IPv6 was not assigned to your domain for some reason). I've fixed the missing assignment and the account should work correctly within 2 hours. Please recreate the IPv6 record since you deleted it.
