I could see that my account status should be Active in Plesk. But when I browsed the main domain (freddywan.helioho.st) with a browser it always showed as an inactive account and prompt me to renew the account. I followed the instruction but the situation just repeated. I also believe that the browser cache should have been cleared.

Would you take a look and reactivate the account and main domain?
