Thank you for unsuspending my account. I just installed wordpress on this, there is no traffic currently. Not sure how its reached beyond 10K CPU usage.

Wordpress is known for this issue. It's bloated and poorly coded. We recommend either optimizing it or completely switching from it. You can find ways to optimize and more useful tips here:

The best solution to WordPress load, is to not use WordPress. To give an idea a WordPress site with no traffic will cause more load than a site made in other CMSes with several gigs of traffic (nodejs-based solutions notwithstanding).
