FTP cant login

Cant log in using FTP.

I see that SSH is restricted - is this why I cant login and if so why is it restricted.

Ssh is disabled for security reasons. Your IP was blocked due to a failed ssh login. Make sure that you are using FTP using port 21 or SFTP using port 1373

Using SFTP and 1373.

Actually SSH is forbidden.

I think I was using wrong password.

How do I get SSH released.

You would need a VPS if you want SSH access, as i stated it is disabled for security reasons.

For SFTP, use the server tommy2.heliohost.org as the host, not your domain. Port is 1373, username is franklow and password is the same as plesk.

I see you have a Lily account as well, if you're accessing that, Lily only supports ftp on port 21. SSH proper ( command line ) is not permitted as moneybroz already stated.
