[Solved] Reset account

Hi.  I'm having issues with my account - I have an attached domain but despite pointing the nameservers to yours, I don't seem to have any controls for DNS management under Plesk.  I was trying to add LetsEncrypt SSL and have no way to add the TXT record as required.  Could you take a look at (and if necessary reset) the account to see what is happening for me please?

Like it says in the email you get when your account is created, and like it says on your dashboard every time you login: DNS editing on your own isn't finished yet.

Uncheck the wildcard box as it's not supported yet.

Yeah, since we're all volunteers and we don't have a full staff of employees working 40 hours a week it takes us a little longer to get stuff like this implemented. Thanks for being understanding, and thanks in advance for the donation. Let us know if you need help with anything else.
