carlos77 Posted November 5, 2023 Posted November 5, 2023 Hello, my username is javalan. I would like to ask if it is possible to add a domain in the form of numbers, specifically 2022.helioho.st If it is possible please add this name to my account. Thank you.
carlos77 Posted November 7, 2023 Author Posted November 7, 2023 Hello, this is javalan. thank you for adding the domain. I don't know the reason when i try to open files from that domain, it's giving me a notice that the site is not secure, and proceeds to open its http:// counterpart. I don't have this problem with my other two domains. You can see this here: https://2022.helioho.st/plesk.html Could it be because of the number name? Thanks for having a look.
carlos77 Posted November 7, 2023 Author Posted November 7, 2023 Hi again, I just had a look, and looks like the 2022 domain is missing an encryption certificate, that the other two domains seems to have.

You can get a new certificate issued through the ssl settings. Unless the other ssl certificate has the 2022 domain listed on the alternative names for the certificate, it won't work. You will get an ssl error. It's not because of the numbers in the domain. Edited November 7, 2023 by moneybrz Additional info
MoneyBroz Posted November 7, 2023 Posted November 7, 2023 The 2022 domain doesn't have a certificate installed at all. It's using the default Plesk self-signed certificate.
wolstech Posted November 7, 2023 Posted November 7, 2023 Certificate has been installed. Please give it an hour or so to start working. In the future, you can do this yourself in Plesk by choosing the domain->SSL/TLS Certificate->Install free certificate from Lets Encrypt. 1
