Your account is suspended because your website was hacked and has malware (looks like Joomla was compromised). The malicious activity subsequently caused a ton of load.

I've unsuspended you so you can clean it up, but put a deny from all in the .htaccess in public_html to keep the site offline while you do so.

Please delete the infected Joomla installation in your public_html folder and rebuild your website.
