abarukayya Posted October 8, 2023 Posted October 8, 2023 please i want recovered my account, it was suspended today.
wolstech Posted October 8, 2023 Posted October 8, 2023 Your website is way too heavy, which isn't uncommon for Wordpress. Please either reduce its memory and CPU usage, or get rid of WP and replace it with something else. High Wordpress load. 105.25 GB memory and 20194 CPU in 24 hours. How do you plan to fix this so it doesn't happen again?
abarukayya Posted October 8, 2023 Author Posted October 8, 2023 i request to update to tommy, will it solve the problem
wolstech Posted October 8, 2023 Posted October 8, 2023 No it won't, as a matter of fact you're actually more likely to get suspended for load over there because the server is overloaded as it is and your load actually has a larger impact on your server. At this point, if you're unable to fix your WP installation, the solution is likely going to be deleting Wordpress. Eventually you'll be able to pay us for the load instead of getting suspended for it (Morty plan), but we don't offer that yet since that server has not been built...
wolstech Posted October 8, 2023 Posted October 8, 2023 I've unsuspended you and added deny from all to the bottom of your .htaccess file to prevent the site from running and causing load. Please fix or remove the WP installation then remove the deny from all line from .htaccess (assuming you haven't just removed the entire installation). If you get suspended for WP load again, you might not be unsuspended again, or we may delete the WP installation prior to it being unsuspended.
abarukayya Posted October 8, 2023 Author Posted October 8, 2023 how can i restore the entire wordpress site, i need to start fresh may be i got error from themes and plugin i upload
abarukayya Posted October 8, 2023 Author Posted October 8, 2023 i want reset the website and install new wordpress without loosing my domain or ssl setting
wolstech Posted October 9, 2023 Posted October 9, 2023 Just delete everything inside of the httpdocs folder (do not delete the httpdocs folder itself though). If you used the Wordpress toolkit, there may be an option to remove it from there as well.
