my website is offline and when I try to reset and turn on again, I recive this msg "Unable to login with that username and password."

It's because you let the account get archived. When an account is archived, the password sometimes gets corrupted, and any additional domains have their DNS zones deleted. Unarchiving does not reverse this.

I've recreated the missing DNS zone for you and sent you an email to reset your password.

The domain now resolves, but it looks like the content might be broken as it just returns a blank page.
