wolstech Posted October 7, 2023 Share Posted October 7, 2023 You can log into your account, go to Plesk, then in the top right click your username and "Edit Profile". There's a place to change the password. Note that the "another user is logged in" is normal if you have two sessions open (two browsers, browser and an incognito window, PC and cell phone, etc.) Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

wolstech Posted October 7, 2023 Share Posted October 7, 2023 This is caused by either your device or your ISP, usually it's the IP changing too frequently that causes it.
