You can log into your account, go to Plesk, then in the top right click your username and "Edit Profile". There's a place to change the password.

Note that the "another user is logged in" is normal if you have two sessions open (two browsers, browser and an incognito window, PC and cell phone, etc.)

This is caused by either your device or your ISP, usually it's the IP changing too frequently that causes it.

Try logging in from another internet connection or through a VPN and see if it stops.
