[Solved] Need help in reactivation and transfer to Plesk

According to the webpage when I logged in, it told me that I am ready to transition my website to Plesk and that I have to click on the link in my email to proceed. The problem with this is that no email was sent to me that has said link to move to Plesk. Didn't receive any email whatsoever, whether it may be from my inbox or in my spam, for I could not find it.

I am ready to transition to Plesk and to reactivate my account. Can you help me in this?

All of the cPanel servers are shut down. You would probably need to make a new account. An admin can help.you with this.

An invite for a replacement account has been sent to you (and is probably in your spam folder since Gmail considers our mail to be spam). Your new account will be on Johnny since Ricky is no longer available. As for why you didn't get the email, Gmail puts all of our email in spam, so you likely missed it alongside your actual spam.
