[Solved] Not received email after donating $1 for Tommy plan

I signed up for the Tommy plan by donating $1through PayPal on 3rd of September. Receipt received imidiately from PayPal to my email address firing@vikenfiber.no.Yet not received a confirmation email from HelioNet.

Eventually found the email, but the link has now expired.
