[Solved] Comming back, I am unable to login to heliohost nor tommy plesk.

I re-activated my account after so much time of not using it, but when I try to log in I get the following message: "Unable to login with that username and password." So I went ahead and reset my password, but this didnt help. I try the plesk reset password but I didn't get any email. Could anyone help me? Thanks!

I'm not sure how you tried to reset your password as we do not have a "forgot password" tool for hosting accounts (the Plesk one has never worked, and your forum password is not connected to your hosting account). The only way to get one reset is to post here as you did.

Please check your email for a link to reset your password.
