Molly Posted February 21, 2010 Share Posted February 21, 2010 Hello, Domain name: libcont.heliohost.org User name: libcont I received an email from HelioHost today saying that my account will expire in seven days due to inactivity. During the past month I have logged on to cPanel virtually every day. I've uploaded files, downloaded files, and edited files as recently as yesterday. Please advise what I need to do to keep the account active. I should mention that I normally do not logout of the account. I turn the computer off at night leaving the browser open. The next morning, when I turn on the computer and open the browser, a HelioHost login screen opens and I re-login that way. Could this account for the appearance of inactivity?
