Notice of inactivity

I received an email from HelioHost today saying that my account will expire in seven days due to inactivity. During the past month I have logged on to cPanel virtually every day. I've uploaded files, downloaded files, and edited files as recently as yesterday. Please advise what I need to do to keep the account active.

 

I should mention that I normally do not logout of the account. I turn the computer off at night leaving the browser open. The next morning, when I turn on the computer and open the browser, a HelioHost login screen opens and I re-login that way. Could this account for the appearance of inactivity? I'm running Linux/Ubuntu and Firefox.

I'm showing your last login as today. Make sure when you login each morning that your logging in to the cpanel main page and not some other cpanel feature.
