Add another domain option

Hello, My username is devjayantmalik. I want to add another custom domain but there is no option to do so. Apart from that I also want to install letsencrypt certificate on my website. So, I need to add txt record for devjayantmalik.heliohost.us but there is no option for that too. Kindly guide me how can i add this.

You can issue a lets encrypt certificate through Plesk in the SSL settings

We add domains on our side. Please list the domain you want added.

As for let's encrypt, if you're doing it in Plesk, uncheck the box that says wildcard certificate, and try again. It will issue without the DNS validation...
