wolstech Posted August 5, 2023 Posted August 5, 2023 The upload size is something we can change within reason, but we generally do not increase the execution time much as it contributes to excessive load. We’ve increased it temporarily for a few people so long-running installations can work, but we can’t leave it that way as it slows everything else on the server down. If you need the upload size adjusted, specify the size file you need to upload and the version of php being used and I’ll escalate this for you. Quote
Palpale Posted August 5, 2023 Author Posted August 5, 2023 @wolstech can you adjust the max upload size to 10 MB and my php version is 8.2 Quote
wolstech Posted August 5, 2023 Posted August 5, 2023 Increased. I also increased the post_max_size for your account as well since that has to be the same or larger if you want form-based uploads like through the WP control panel to work. It takes up to 2 hours to take effect. Quote
fobfire Posted June 6, 2024 Posted June 6, 2024 (edited) @wolstech Could you also increase those settings for mine? Thank you Edited June 6, 2024 by fobfire Quote
