[Solved] Unable to load the web page of my domain using external DNS

Hello,

I am using external DNS and host the domain directly with heliohost by setting the A record to 65.19.141.77 and AAAA record to 2001:470:1:1ee::2002. However, it suddenly does not work recently.  When I login, I saw that my domain is disabled.  And, I turn it to active but it still not work.   May I know does my domain remove from DNS?  or it got other problem?  pls help!! thanks!!

That .77 IP is no longer valid. Please update your DNS records to the IP address shown in Plesk.

No problem. A lot of people with external DNS have been seeing this lately due to the server IP change.
