How do I set up a web site with my own custom domain?

I have my own domain at fritext.org. I would like to use bob.fritext.org to use with helio hosting. What should I set the A record for? I couldn't find any setting when I clicked around.

A root admin needs to manually add the domain for you

I want to add the domain bob.fritext.org. I already own the domain (at njal.la) but I don't know what A record I should set to it.

Your A record should point to 65.19.141.77.

I also re-enabled the domain because it was disabled (domains that aren't pointed to our servers are periodically disabled to improve performance). It might take 1-2 hours for it to work once you set the DNS record.
